Text To Speech by Sarvya Lab helps users write scripts and create text-to-speech audio using their own Google Gemini API key. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how users can contact us.

Information We Collect

• Account information such as name and email address when you sign in with Google or email.
• Membership and payment status information needed to unlock Starter or Creator access.
• Text, script, voice, model, and generation settings that you submit to create speech, write a script, or enhance a script.
• Basic technical information such as browser requests, server logs, and error details needed to operate and secure the service.

Google User Data

When you sign in with Google, we use your Google account only for authentication and account identification. We may receive your name, email address, and profile information provided by Google for sign-in. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendar, or other private Google services.

Gemini API Keys

Your Gemini API key is saved in your browser when you choose to save it. The key is sent to our server only when needed to process a speech, Script Writer, or AI Voice Director request, and is forwarded to Google Gemini in server memory for that request. We do not store or sell your API key or use it for unrelated purposes.

Script Writer and Google Search

Script Writer prompts and the generated script are temporarily processed by Sarvya Lab and Google Gemini. An initial or factual revision may use Google's Search grounding. Search sources, queries, and Google's Search Suggestions are returned only to the requesting browser; they are not persisted by Sarvya Lab or click-tracked. The active brief and script may be autosaved in the browser, but search metadata is not.

Third-party processing and sensitive information

Google may handle free-tier Gemini content under its applicable terms and may use it to improve services. Do not submit confidential, highly sensitive, medical, financial, or private information. The feature is intended for users aged 18 or older and professional or business use.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive payment status, order identifiers, payment identifiers, selected plan, and membership dates so the app can activate paid access. We do not store complete card, UPI, or banking details on our servers.

How We Use Information

• To provide login, membership, text-to-speech, Script Writer, script enhancement, and voice demo features.
• To process payments and maintain membership status.
• To improve reliability, troubleshoot errors, and protect the service from abuse.
• To respond to support, privacy, or payment questions.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers needed to operate the app, such as Supabase for authentication/database services, Razorpay for payments, Render for hosting, and Google Gemini APIs for generation features requested by the user.

Data Retention

We keep account and membership data as long as needed to operate the service, support users, meet legal obligations, and prevent abuse. Users may contact us to request account or data deletion.

User Choices

You can remove your saved Gemini API key from the app settings, sign out of your account, or contact us to request help with data deletion or payment records.
