These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Text To Speech by Sarvya Lab. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Service Description

Text To Speech by Sarvya Lab is a web app that helps users generate speech from text using their own Google Gemini API key. Paid plans may unlock additional workflows such as voice selection, voice demos, AI script enhancement, and creator controls.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account or making a payment.

Your API Key

You are responsible for your Gemini API key and for complying with Google AI/Gemini usage policies. The app helps you use your own key, but Sarvya Lab is not responsible for charges, quota limits, suspensions, or policy issues related to your Google account or API usage.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service for illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to bypass membership access, abuse payment flows, scrape restricted features, or attack the service.
• Do not submit highly sensitive personal, financial, medical, or confidential information unless you understand the risks.

Payments and Membership

Payments are processed through Razorpay. Paid membership access is activated after payment verification and is generally valid for the displayed membership period. Prices, features, and plan details may change over time.

Refunds and Cancellations

Because this is a digital service, payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, except where required by law or approved by Sarvya Lab. For payment problems, duplicate payments, or accidental purchases, contact us as soon as possible.

Generated Content

You are responsible for scripts and content you submit, and for how you use generated audio. You must make sure you have the rights and permissions needed for your content and its use.

Availability

We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be affected by hosting providers, payment providers, Supabase, Google Gemini APIs, user API quota, network issues, or maintenance.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Sarvya Lab is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, business interruption, API quota problems, account issues with third-party services, or misuse of generated content.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the updated terms.
